Mr. Ali Al-Alak, Governor of the Central Bank of iraq, received a delegation of pharmaceutical elites headed by Dr. Haider Fouad Al-Sayegh, head of syndicate of pharmacists, as a representative of this important segment, pharmacist Ali Khalil Ibrahim the CEO of MPI, representing the Iraqi Pharmaceutical Producers Association, and pharmacist Bashar Nima Abed Jaber, representing pharmaceutical marketers in Iraq. The both sides discussed a number of points that serve the pharmacists segment, which reflects positively on society as a whole, including the idea of establishing a commercial pharmacist bank, in addition to supporting the pharmaceutical industry sector with soft loans that contribute to the development of this vital sector and providing job opportunities for pharmacists and all other segments,and finally, both sides discussed the possibility of providing easier banking services for all pharmaceutical producers and marketers.
